Privacy notice

Event searches do not require an account. A postcode or browser location is used only to find nearby events; postcode lookups are sent to Postcodes.io. Choosing a map view loads OpenStreetMap, which receives your network information.

Submissions and messages

We store your event information, organiser name, contact email, rights declaration and optional image for moderation and publication. Contact emails are restricted to administrators. Messages and correction reports are stored for review. Do not include sensitive personal information in event descriptions or images.

Security and retention

We keep audit records of administrative changes and limited hashed request identifiers for spam controls. No advertising or analytics tracking is installed. Essential site sign-in may be handled by the hosting platform. Contact us using the enquiry form to request access, correction or deletion.

Controller contact details and a formal retention schedule are awaiting completion.
